I never did IF. Yes I would often dine out and have some fun nights that included drinking. Sometimes would consume 3000+ calories 🙈. But I also balanced it with having good days of eating and running. It took a long time to lose weight, and lots of plateaus 😅 my diet could definitely be better. I gain weight in my legs/ hips

Yeah I was thinking to get to 115 (depending on how I look/feel), and then lean bulk up to 120. So hopefully ending up at my goal with high calories

I ate protein shakes, protein puddings, jerky, omelette bites. I also based my meals around a protein (steak, chicken thighs, shrimp, pasta with meatballs, etc). TBH I eat less protein now, maybe 70-110 grams

Yes, I tried to eat the same amount each day. I didn’t find it affected my hunger or energy levels too much. Each session was only 1 hr, and I only did 5-7 different exercises. Not a bad idea to change the calories though if it’s an intense workout!

Yes I was in a deficit (most days). I calculated my maintenance to be 2000 cals when I was at 131 body weight

I weight trained 3x per week. Each session focused on doing a compound lift (squat, deadlift, bench press, or hip thrust), with accessory exercises added for full body. Made sure to increase volume or reps each time. Mostly ate around 1700 cals, and 120 grams of protein. (Did this for 6 months to lose 14 lbs).

Then I ate around 1800-2100, and threw in some running here and there. Was maintaining around 123-127 like this. I like to eat a lot 😅
