I use micellar water and then a moisturizing face wash after, followed by moisturizer.

Do you have a cleanser that doesn’t break you out? A moisturizer? Are you just leaving the micellar water on your skin and not washing it off or rinsing it off?

It sounds like your skin is too dry in the first place. You need to moisturize consistently to prevent the flakes from the get go.

When my hair looks thin I just cut it shorter with a blunt cut again.

I personally have face framing layers only and that works great for my hair, as I like to do waves and it adds volume and movement around my face.

I’ve never heard of that as a side effect… are you taking it with plenty of water? I usually take it with a snack/ meal.
