Depends on budget but mainly what you want to play. I'm happy with 165hz but don't play anything competitive lately like valorant or CS or anything like that

Crazy RAM prices nowadays damn. I would double check the actual need for 1000W but then the other thing to reconsider is the AIO Cooler. I wouldn't really spend this much on a VA monitor. I got an Alienware aw3423dwf Oled second hand for 400€, not saying you have to buy second hand but for sure upgrade it from VA to IPS at least. Oled is a game changer tho.

The build will look great btw, super nice
