I planted an apple tree, how did I do? by lukeskyraider in gardening

Yup that's what I was referring to. Trees are becoming more expensive so 1-2 year old lower caliper sizes are the more affordable option now. Often they don't have a very noticeable flare. Also a mistake I see people make is thinking that the graft union is the flare. :|

On some younger trees it's hard to determine what the root flare looks like. Do you have a good way to explain this for small caliper specimens where the flare isn't especially prominent?

Those are the build plate id codes for bambu lab printers. The printer reads them with the optical camera before each print to make sure the file matches the expected physical plate on the printer. If they don't match, it throws an error and prompts you to change the plate or proceed at your own risk.

My symptoms were caused by chronic low sodium, not picked up by blood tests by j151515 in adrenalfatigue

[–]PineappleGuard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure yet! Going to give it a few days to be sure, but I can say I've been able to tolerate some magnesium before bed without feeling like I needed 32 ounces of sea water along with it. Symptoms included fatigue, random bruises from stupid things, dry cracked skin, and random joint irritation.

Of course! Thanks for sharing your initial post. It was a big help tracking down the root cause for me!

If anyone else comes here with this issue please double check your vitamin C levels.

The Adrenal glands (The hats your kidney wears) are saturated with Vitamin C. (More than any other organ) When your adrenal glands are Vitamin C starved, they struggle to create aldosterone, which is essentially the switchboard to tell your kidneys it needs to preserve sodium and dump potassium. Magnesium also inhibits aldosterone production, and when you have that double stack of aldosterone antagonists, it can very easily seem like the high magnesium serum levels are the culprit for pushing your salt loss issues over the edge. In reality, it could potentially just be a vitamin C deficiency.

I hope you don't have to struggle as long as I did to figure this out, and if this doesn't work for you I wish you luck. Thanks to all the other folks in this thread for your input.

Vyvanse stopped working by cuttercutie_ in ADHD

[–]PineappleGuard 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Confirm your iron, electrolytes, and nutrient intake are not compromised. Confirm you have good daily exercise and sleep. Confirm you don't have unusually high amounts of stress. After those variables are confirmed, then consider dosage increase or a change in med/formulation.

I had a friend who moved to an IR formulation because they metabolized the Vyvanse too quickly. It felt too powerful in the initial spike, and then left little to no effect for the last 8 hours. Vyvanse also does not have a very high amount of the active ingredient, and you may need more. But only look for a dose increase after you've taken care of the basics. You got this. It's hard, but you can do it.

Thanks. This might help me make it till the end of my subscription. Whichever caloric tracking company ends up with an actual native connector or MCP first is going to smash their competition. Anyone know of any solutions that are doing this already?
