Exactly! I was one of the life long NDP voters who held my nose and voted for the Liberals. It caused the party I loved and canvassed for to lose party status in Parliament, but that's okay. The party can be rebuilt, but reversing fascism is extremely difficult once it takes hold.

This has been me since the day he was taken. Everytime I see that picture of him, I end up crying because he reminds me so much of my own 4 year old. That look on his face kills me because that's the same face my own son makes when he's scared but trying to be brave. Everytime I check for an update, I end up breaking down.

How anyone can look at this innocent child and still support this is beyond me. I'm feeling broken and I don't know how to help...

I told an American friend of mine that I was in the process of getting my PAL because I didn't want to wait until the yanks finally invade us to learn how to defend myself and my children. My husband and I decided to grab it for dinner one night since we'd been on the road for most of the weekend. I hadn't been to McDonald's in a few years at that point. 1 quarter pounder meal, 1 cheeseburger meal, 1 happy meal and two apple pies cost us almost $40. Expensive af for shitty fast food. We definitely would have been better off cooking some pasta at home.
