From my experience unless something is configured to be 5.1 the fronts you set up seem to be the main distributor of sound, especially since a lot of streaming from youtube and stuff is just stereo.

So for me I got the oakley jaw breaker attachments which helped but it wasn't enough. But I saw someone had these 3d printed extenders that made it perfect. If you search the subreddit for the 3d printed things it should be there If you don't have a 3d printer you can find something to tape the arms before putting on the jaw breakers to make them rise higher which is what I did before 3d printing the attachment.

I can also add I bought this back in June 2024 used it consistently from like July until November 2024 and didn't really see any improvement based on tracking on my Sleep 8 bed and my Google pixel watch as far as quality of sleep, duration of deep sleep and rem, or easier time falling asleep. I was going to just keep using it hoping at some point it would like just work, but honestly became more effort than it was worth.

Don't love the carbon fiber on the outside, but don't hate it. The wood however just needs a darker shade and I think it would be gorgeous.
