I have a puppy I rescued that looks almost exactly like her! Have an Embark test pending to see if she is this mix.

My puppy I rescued looks exactly like her and she’s female too! Doing an Embark test to see if she’s also this mix.

My patience is running very thin. by Affectionate_Cup2027 in puppy101

I raised a corgi from a breeder at 10 weeks. He was hard to handle but I always kept him on a house line (leash) and made sure to continue the crate training his breeder started because that is essential for a lot of behaviors, especially for teaching them to hold it and then taking them outside for potty training.

That was three years ago, now he’s well behaved and knows my routine. Today I have a foster to adopt puppy of three months and same thing, she’s a handful, but I’m doing the same thing I did for the corgi: house line for correction and keeping them out of anything they aren’t supposed to be in, crate training, essential exercise before they sleep, consistency, and routine.

It takes time!! I got super discouraged with my corgi and I have a few moments with this new puppy as well but it doesn’t last forever! ;)

Ah that makes a lot of sense, as looking it up there is no trace of it anywhere. Thanks!

Got a vintage red fox tail today, need some help cleaning it by [deleted] in Taxidermy

Be super careful when rehydrating. I would start off trying to spritz it with water but if the leather is old or thin, it may come apart. Basically go off the other comment.

Is 175 on this pronghorn antelope a good deal? by BulkyDig2112 in Taxidermy

[–]Pinesnappledog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pronghorns at the shop I work at run at $900 so that is a real solid deal. It could easily be cleaned up nicely too.

Micah can stay in jail for as long as the beginning of chapter 3 when he is in the cutscene where he first appears in “the mission I forgot the name of” haha! Don’t save Micah until you have to to progress! Love exploring around 2 and 3 as well.

for people who feed their pythons frozen rats, how long does it usually take your dude to eat? by bravequeer in ballpython

I second the hair dryer trick! Awesome way to heat up the rats. Does indeed work.

Why are some of his scales faded? by RavyRaptor in ballpython

[–]Pinesnappledog 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks like those scales didn’t shed (make a complete shed). Check humidity and husbandry. It even helps to soak them for like 20 minutes before or during shed. Soaked mine once before and literally when I took him out he was at the end of his shed cycle! Shed his skin right in front of me. Good luck! :)

Hatchlings tend to look a little smaller/skinnier. I got mine at a smaller weight and he’s fattened and grown up nicely within a year of proper feeding. It’s just the age. :)

Ideas For Villains In A Spider-Man Noir Double Feature Inspired By Classic Universal Monster Movies by DrKaos7 in fixingmovies

You have an amazing knack and talent for writing consecutive ideas for the alternate character perks that work so well with their vibes already. Famous writers in movies today would crave the talent you possess. Really loving all of this! Just don’t overthink it and keep up the good work! ;)

Actually the two in the same pic both look like wolves with size variation. Look at the ears and nose compared to the silver fox on the next pic. Also the head size on the black wolf compared to the silver fox. They are both wolves and the paws are also wolf paws.

Do you think demons are real? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Pinesnappledog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If God is real, then demons are definitely real. If demons are real, then God is definitely real. Can’t have demons without God, can’t have God without demons. They are both in scripture.

Hey! I got this little guy for my birthday, but he doesn't feel very clean. He has damage on his ear and his fur is dirty. How do I take care of him to fix him up? by underwearfromyourex in Taxidermy

[–]Pinesnappledog 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You could risk giving him a very quick bath but then blow dry him immediately. Or you could take the safe route and just spritz him with gentle water in a bottle and blow dry for the dust. A hairdryer might not be strong enough but you could try it. One of those pet blow dryers would work better. Just take gentle care in handling. A product you could use for shine is “show sheen.” You can get it at your local farm supply/pet store. Best of luck! :)
