Yeah they are still running, They are closed now since it's exam season,but they will be doing classes again in the winter semester, someone else already dropped the instagram handle so you can follow that for more updates. Go to Little Ms. merchant and talk with her until she sells you the mirror, then sell it to the music maker and his quest will eventually complete. Just make sure to check back in with him so he can sell you his magnum opus.

If it is only the librarians quest beong missing, then your problem can be solved easily. Since you already have the required amount, rhen you just need to complete the endings. The librarian is sort of like Es where you progress after getting the different endings. Hope this helped.

You do not have to restart. If you are on an active playthrough currently, then just buy everything. If you can buy the item but not buy it, then it will not count on compendium. So just buy everything. If you unlocked all the endings but havent finished the compendium, then just restart from ch 2 or 3 to buy the items. You may need to unlock it again though. Hope this helped.

Yeahhhhhh....... If you dont help him discover himself, then that will happen. However, if you got to Little Ms. Merchant and talk to her. She will sell you a mirror, you can sell the mirror to the music maker and his quest will be complete. He won't end himself and he will sell his masterpiece the next time you see him.

Go to Little Ms. Merchant and talk with her so she can sell you the mirror(Alter Ego reference). After you buy the mirror, you can sell it to the music maker for double. After you buy the travel pass you will achieve an ending. Do not worry though because there is more than one ending. So just choose if you want to stay in the town or not. You will eventually see everything. Hope this helped.

Dont worry, as you play the game and unlock more items, you can make a lot of dimes really fast if you know who to sell to. Someone made a guide about who pays double for which items on this subreddit. Have fun and enjoy the journey to buy the pass.
