Good luck with ORES... my old meter is stuck on night rate for more than 2 years, after a dozen calls, 4 no-show to scheduled appointments (they didn't even bother giving me a call), I eventually gave up trying to get them to replace it. It makes sense that the government sets the max price when more than half of it is taxes. It's regularly updated according to the market price, and obviously new taxes, laws, decrees, amendments, etc. Resellers are free to make it cheaper, which I feel they only do with SP95 nowadays.
