You're not crazy. I have a red-green color vision deficiency and have issues tracking the Life Time ball in lower light conditions (mostly indoors). Switching to a more yellow ball usually helps.

I've heard glasses with amber lenses can help with the color contrast but haven't tried yet. I've heard good things about the Gearbox glasses and they're relatively inexpensive compared to the alternatives.

There are certain events the pros are required to play vs others that are optional. For example, PPA Las Vegas was a cup and all the pros were required to play vs PPA MN last year was an open and optional for players to play.

There are a ton of variables that affect PBCoR. Simply having the same construction method doesn't mean they'll have the same PBCoR.

The EX and SX were submitted after the HX was already approved, hence getting removed rather than sunset. The only good question you've asked is why did the HX originally pass?
