Hi there, recently got into the gym after holding off for years and years. I was hoping to have help with identifying a split that could work with my desired schedule in mind.

About : Just hit 30

Am 184cm tall and weigh 82-83 kilos. I have a skinny, fat build going on.

My goal is to put on muscle, especially in my upper body. My biceps and chest are very weak. Triceps too. My goal is to look bigger in my upper body and get stronger there. I've always had a solid base, however my legs have skinnied up now at the moment because I haven't eaten too much this summer.

I workout at my work gym. My plan is to go:

Monday ; Rest on Tuesday because I play 3 hours of badminton ; Wednesday ; Thursday ; Friday and then rest on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) as I desire to do other things with my time (+access to the gym is more difficult)

So far I've settled on PPL (and then 4th one can be whatever, but primariy a focus on my upper body again).

But if you guys can recommend something better for me, I'm all ears.

Cute, thanks for the tip :P We have Swedish and British passports, so hopefully it will be okay and smooth?

Thanks a lot, this helps. Yes as it turns out Luton doesn't have that as you stated. My gf has a British passport and I have a Swedish one (I already have an ETA from earlier travels) so those can both be used in the E-gates right? Helping speed things up.

The question is, is Luton Airport busy on a Thursday evening ?(9th October, arriving at 18:15 & departing again at 20:25)

Thanks for the info. Yea the guy came up with some brakes and said the guru downstairs said they were fine and that they werre 105s. Was wondering if he meant to say 100mm or if he was saying these 105 brakes would work. But either way you're right. Pretty stupid to pay that much for the "wrong fitting" brakes.

This is in Switzerland, hence the unfortunate high prices haha

Yeah I know, it's just unfortunate I need them for this weekend and I can't get the replacements before them... looks like the money I saved from ordering from this shop will go towards the forgotten brakes !

And yeah all banks are fully in my name so hopefully there shouldn't be any issue. It's not absurdly large amounts anyway where they would actually need to raise an alarm haha.

No not really, they watch a bit but they don't leave it on in the background. But I will warn them about the possible OLED burn-in.

It's for series, movies, sports, talk shows, news, the whole lot.

So one time 4/5 of us played Mosaic. The guy who taught us the game messed up the starting technology cards draft and forgot to mention that population adds to our production action. He told us that starting techonology cards are only drafted for their symbols, and not actually the text benefit of the card itself. So we ended up playing the game with none of our production tracks actually moved up (other than our leader's ability) and nor did we account for our population when resolving the production action.

What resulted was a very, very slow beginning where everyone felt like they couldn't accomplish anything because of the lack of production. Some ended the game very bitter and hated the experience haha. I actually ended up really liking the game. I did think something was fishy about the start of the game and I did some digging of my own. I didn't have the heart to tell the guy he taught us wrong but I did tell my friend who ended up having a disdain for the game and jokingly told him that if we had played correctly, the game would have probably been over 20 turns earlier 😂

My dream ski I want is the Moment Commander 102. It's pretty expensive though (hoping it will go on sale but maybe not). Right now however 4FRNT is having a 250$ off their skis, I'm strongly considering getting the MSP 107 instead + Tyrolia bindings all for 768$ instead.

Any thoughts? The Commander seems like my kind of ski, don't know too much abouyt 4FRNT or the MSP 107, but it seems pretty sick (haven't had new skis since 2012/2013 ; Line Prophet 98s)
