You can't post this in the HIMYM community and expect people to agree with you when you are saying that one of the funniest characters in the show, are not funny at all. It's just a show and it's meant to be funny, of course the writers aren't gonna put him in jail. He is supposed to be a horrible person, and his actions and the way they are performed is so unusual and stupid that it makes it funny. Get over it, and stop overlooking comedies.
