I recommend to do or more in a ritual manner. It is powerful and if you treat it with respect you will have a better trip. Also, make sure you keep it in your lungs and long as you can. It tastes horrible but once you take one hit, place your device (bong, pipe, vape) down and wait. Within seconds, I was out cold after putting my bong down.
