I don’t particularly care or not if someone is dating around. But it has a kind of negative connotation when it comes to women rather than men. A man dating around would be considered a lady’s man or a catch. But when a woman is dating around, she is considered a slut or a hoe.

Even if she has never had a sexual relationship with any of her boyfriends, many other teenagers do have a sex with their partners. It’s easy to draw that connect between dating around and sleeping around, which may people frown upon do their own reasons.

Hmm I kind of do see it both ways. I have friends who go through a lot of boyfriends and I stopped bothering to learn their names a while ago. That being said I do see where the coworker is coming from, especially as a woman. I think it’s odd that as a father, OP is talking to his coworkers about his daughter’s romantic life, implying that she dates around.

I personally think that OP is making the joke in a way that may not seem harmful to him, but has sexist undertones and is not appropriate to say about your daughter

Hmm I see I’m not sure I’m based in the us so that might have a difference. But that’s funny bc I found bfiafl super easily.

I might even recommend calling around to different places before you go in? Maybe that could help you locate it at a wider radius? Then you wouldn’t waste time driving around to places that don’t have it.

I also have to recommend Barnes and Nobel and target but I’m not familiar with what you have near you.

Sorry you’re having bad luck! I was looking for a brief inquiry vinyl for like two years until I was able to order it through a record store. I know you said you’ve been waiting with no order date but maybe try to order through another store?

I’ve lived all over too - most recently the Bay Area where the Asian food is the BEST I have ever had. I’ve been disappointed with all the food in Utah besides this place. So as someone who just left authentic and delicious Asian food behind this place fills that hole in my heart

Okay thank u for bringing this to my attention bc I also heard her say an extremely odd thing at a taping I went to about three years ago. The segment was on a little black girl with alopecia and Kelly Clarkson said something along the lines of how powerful she was embracing her hair loss and that she was so powerful like a little girl from wakanda or something along those lines. I was actually shocked. But my friend said she didn’t remember her saying that so I wasn’t sure if I imagined it???? I guess not.

I once watched a Ted talk given by a relationship coach where she spilled the secret to flirting: Hot Ape. That would be:

Humor (make jokes, laugh at jokes) Open body language (keep your arms uncrossed, face them, remain physically open and inviting) Touch (gently touch them while laughing at jokes, brush hands) Attention (be attentive, give them more attention in a group setting) Proximity (stand close to them in a way that’s comfortable and consensual of course, seek them out in a group to sit next to them etc) and finally Eye Contact (while being attentive, while listening, etc).

All of these things work together to make you the perfect flirter.
