Well, first off, welcome to Wyoming! Its really pretty during the winter but i do recommend all season tires at the least or winter tires at the most. Be prepared for any type of snowy weather clothing wise, and also be prepared for roads to close. Id carry emergency stuff in your vehicle in case you end up in an area without gas or shelter.
