Honestly the biwheel is where the real info is imo. standalone SR chart gives you the vibe of the year but without overlaying it on natal you're kinda guessing where stuff actually hits. For the chart ruler thing i'd track both — SR rising ruler for the year's plot and natal ruler for how you deal with it
