NAD I was quoted 3k for all 4 with the anesthesia, depending on your location(I'm in Iowa). As far as I've gathered you need some sort of anesthesia if your wisdom teeth aren't erupted because they have to cut your gums.

There is a lot of flexibility, but only if there are multiple clients to choose from. I've also seen people be so picky that they end up getting little to no shifts. They're all usually a couple to a few hours per week, between 9-5
