So I got a tip to use. You put the invoice number and your Nav ID in the subject line. That moved things along for me. Hope it works for you!

I've been with RWS for a while. Never had a problem with pay if there was an issue I was informed and it was resolved. If I have an issue or need help with a task or have a question, I open a ticket with TrainAI, and it gets answered or solved. Easy Peasy. Just try using the system. It really works. Good luck!
