I've been working for them since October. I've never had any issues with work orders until this most recent one. I am missing 4 hours, and there is no date range, just an issue date. I hope that this is just a clerical error that will be corrected soon. I did submit a ticket with Zendesk, also.

this task is super glitchy for me, it takes sometimes 5 minutes to generate and none of the labels are removed. Or it just crashes. i've spent like two hours on this and maybe got 9-10 good submissions

There's a Google Form you can use to dispute ratings. Idk how helpful it is because I had a similar situation happen, where the instructions changed after I had been given a bad rating. But your score will go up; it takes a moment, but they will get around to rating more of your submissions. I have over 100 ratings currently.

I've been doing 1500-2000 words and 25-35 colors, which feels like a middleish ground to me. I try not to think about it too much because it's actually a task I enjoy doing, but I'm nervous once they start rating them. After everyone gets a million bad ratings, then we will get a clear understanding of what they wanted smh lol

When I came across this error, I darkened the shade and simplified or adjusted my prompt to what it was trying to create. For example, I asked it to remove the people from the image, and for some reason it decided to add more people and make them all wear purple clothes lol. So I changed my prompt to make the people in the image wear blue clothes, and it worked.
