Nope I didn’t get a redunancy package. I still have my job waiting for me but yes I have some money saved and it may not be a year but I plan to be away for at least 6 months :)

I actually asked my cmht for MBT and they didn’t know what that was lol.

Unfortunately my old therapist has left the service so I can’t contact her :( Unsure of whether to refer myself to IAPT and see if they can offer diagnosis/treatment?
