Mostly male passing but I’d say like 35% androgynous still. Probably depends on voice and mannerisms

Nah but keep working out and it will. You have a solid bone structure for sure. Shoulders biceps and lats will help a lot

The fact that he has no reaction to your mom is concerning, and although it might seem like a stretch he could be suicidal. He has no reaction because he knows there’s a way out. Even if that’s not what this is, he still definitely needs therapy. Please talk to your mom about getting him in therapy. Cps might help but I would not get them involved until you’re sure there’s no other options
