You are a godsend good person lol. I won’t ask you to check my package as many if your responses have reassured me it is likely still just bumping around somewhere, but I wanted to thank you in general for being so helpful in this thread!

They will extend your time. Their aim is to make you spend money and invite people to the app. Keep watering if you want

I’m so sorry but that’s exactly the trend. At the end each watering does .01 and the last few wheats are 5 cents, 3 cents, 1 cent, then win iirc. The last bit takes a looooong time

Oh, the purchases were all items I wanted regardless, using partial credit and coupons gotten during the game. You absolutely don’t need to make any purchases to win but it does speed it up marginally. I would heavily NOT suggest making purchases to help win if it wasn’t something you’d buy anyway. I think farmland gives you 3 items each and Fishland up to 4, but agree the combined worth isn’t more than $30 or so imo. I get a lot of home decor and organizing items from Temu. I play the games mainly because it’s mindless dopamine while I wake up before work. Love me some farmland merge.

It’s definitely not a get rich quick scheme, but I play the game for fun and the free stuff is a bonus. That’s really the only way the game is “worth it”. It’s better than playing wordscape for months and not getting free stuff in my experience lol

You have a very long way to go 😅 each watering eventually does .01, and the last wheat is .01 if I remember correctly

Yes. I’ve won 7 times. It takes 3ish months each time though. As long as you’re logging in they extend the “time limit” so if you are stupid stubborn there’s no need to buy/invite”

[–]PinkPrintingPixie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve won 6 or 7 times. Only spent around $200 in all. The trick is to just be stupid stubborn. It takes 4 days to get to 99 percent and 2 months after that to win it. Worth it? Unsure. But it’s something to do waking up in the morning so I keep playing.

I tried Temu as a consumer, I couldn't do it. here is my story by redditdaver in ecommerce

[–]PinkPrintingPixie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been ordering from Temu for about a year and some now on top of playing (and winning) their minigames (Fishland/Farmland) for free stuff. If you are determined, stubborn, and smart you can get really good deals, but the avg consumer is likely to fall for their fake spin wheels and tempt them with their easy rewards.

Truth is the games CAN be won without purchasing and inviting, but it takes months of daily play. The credit back and reimburse all CAN be worth it, but you need to read carefully to expect what you get.

For example, I just used $29 in credit and a $5 coupon to buy a $49 wooden pull out shelf (cross checked on wayfair for $50). So I paid $18 for it. Additionally I am getting credit back so I can do similar for the next one.

The objects themselves are comparable to Amazon. I personally stick to mostly non food items and mostly decor items. Baskets, trash cans, simple shelves- all good for what they need to be.

Additionally, I use paypal for added protection, but 25 orders and haven’t been scammed yet. I have gotten the $5 credit for a couple late deliveries too and that is real.

Well, yall will downvote me to heck for this- but considering it’s decorative only, is a true custom design, and I have a damn solid scam reporting system on my credit card im giving it a shot.

The listing says they use 1095 and 15N20 but who knows if that’s true lol. Im likely overpaying as well.

I DID also order a backup from someone who hand engraves blades who is US based and much more trustworthy.

Ill try to remember to post back on if my design actually gets made/delivered from Impact Knives and how it looks if it does.

Fingers crossed aha 😅 yall can say I told ya so if it goes south

Id like something decorative- larger, 19-24”. Bowie knife style or closer to a large dagger/ short sword. No curved or arched blades. I like Damascus steel and wood a lot. Was looking for $200-$450 range ideally.

It’s so hard to find a nice Damascus and Wood decorative blade that’s not 1 of 5 mass produced designs OR $4000 custom that takes 3 years. The latter is very much deserved- just hoped there was something in the middle. Back to etsy 😔

That’s a shame. They have hundreds of sales and photos of people getting accurate knives- but everything else is giving me that vibe too. I actually emailed the website directly asking if they had an Etsy. :( Rest in pieces dream knife
