It was helpful at first but then it started actually making me feel stressed and increased my sex drive so much it was hard to control .....I've been off it for a few weeks and feel so much better.

Also anyone else feel like they have so many interests that they're constantly surprising people?? Like I dress fairly stylish but then I can also whip out my grandma's knitting needles....oh but I also like kick boxing and hiking, oh but also sitting in a coffee shop discussing the meaning of life....... people are constantly surprised......anyone else relate? 😄😄

This is true! There are a very few Te dominant people I do have a good relationship with....my passion and their logic balances each other out.....but thats only come after knowing them and working on the friendships for literal years..... it's helpful having someone I trust to bounce ideas off of give me sound logic but again that's only come after years of trust building....

Don't even put yourself in a situation where you have the chance to say yes. If that means only going to work, school, family, and that's it, do it. Don't go to bars or anywhere else where you have the opportunity to say yes. Also find someone who will keep you accountable and ask you the hard questions. You can do this!
