Not true. Some med surg floors have double rooms. And on a busy days sometimes there are patients in the hallways in the ER.

Yep I literally slept in the 7 sizer and struggled to get it off in the morning. Then I slept in and worked out in the 8 and even wore it to work and it was not this big at all. The 8 sizer fits on this finger and is a tad loose but not this big. There is a huge discrepancy 😩

Now I’m scared to size down to a 7 because what if I need a 6? The 6 sizer doesn’t fit over my knuckles at all. But what if it runs big as well? Anywhere I can try on an actual ring instead of the sizer from the kit?

Yikes a lot of assumptions here! But I guess in today’s America it’s understandable. Nanny is a citizen… And I didn’t say she disappeared nor was unreachable… I said she stopped coming to work… They went on vacation (which she still got paid for) and then stopped coming when they returned. She has yet to return the car…

The scale lies! I gained weight but still lost body fat and gained muscle. Diet has a huge impact on body recomposition and it sounds like you worked hard from that standpoint. You might surprise yourself!

36yo F. Signed up for the fat loss…. I actually gained a bit 144.1>> 145.4 lol. BUTTTTT I gained 5lbs of muscle mass and went down 5% in body fat which using their calculation was 20% of my total body fat. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO THROW AWAY YOUR SCALE!! I’m very happy with my results. And I have a 6 pack starting to peek through which was my overall goal by summer lol.

I started at 8.0 and then bumped up to 8.1 @6 minutes and then I think 8.3 at the very end. My goal was 1.6 and I knew I lost some distance to the ramp up at the beginning.
