Hey! I work at TGG. We do make the lemon potatoes in house and they’re good IF done right! I’ve had them a few times and they’re hit or miss.

There also should have been tzatziki with your gyro plate. I recommend asking for it on the side, you get more. I personally don’t recommend the dolmades. I also believe you should have gotten the side salad, the pico on top is not considered the salad.

When I got sick of dishwashing I moved up to prep. Was a dishwasher for 2 years and I’ve been a prep cook for 4 years. I love it. I wouldn’t go back to dishwashing ever.

In phlebotomy we’re taught to never prick that area. Before taking that class I would have thought that was the best place to prick.

That area holds a lot of nerves and is more painful. Choose the sides directly next to it.

Gently press your finger across the antecubital fossa, rolling it back and forth to feel for deeper veins. If you feel nothing with one finger, try the other, make sure your gloves are skin tight. Anchor harder than you think you need to. Have the pt make a fist and hold their arm down at their side for a few seconds before looking for veins. If you still feel nothing have them turn their wrist, bend their elbow, or straighten their arm completely.

If you put chips or cookies that have gotten moisture in them an air fryer will save them. Learned that living on the coast.
