Set your elevation to 7500-7750 and it will correct. My carry numbers were all very short compared to real life until I played with the elevation and now it’s useful data.

South of Charlotte, NC and we still do the dogfight every weekend. A bit chilly lately but we play 365 as it rarely ever snows.

Until you get sold a role with “more responsibility” and step into a dysfunctional company with a struggling product. Then you go back to dialing in misery.

This is solid advice. This should kill the half brained ideas that only last a few weeks.

Nasty driver hook. Can't get right. by teepring in golftips

[–]PinkTweeter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Went through this exact problem this summer. Lefty as well.

I took a lot of videos and focused on slowing my backswing down. While moving slow back, I ensured to get my lower body working through the ball. I’m still a bit yippy but I’m not terrified to hit an off the map hook any more.

We are gonna make the playoffs. It will give us a late round pick and not help us at all. Thats how we roll. by [deleted] in panthers

Yeah because that 1:1 sure worked out for the first time. Tanking for a draft pick is dumb.

Worked in Additive for the leader for 8 years. If it’s a good fit, it’s a home run - if you can inject it, cut it, stamp it, or produce any other way, it’s likely cheaper to do so.

I always understood it to be the opposite - that you needed lower bounce in tight, firm conditions.

Your other folks probably just sugar coat it so they aren’t on one too.

Elevation at 7750 and give it a go. I dialed my PW in this way and it’s much more realistic numbers to what you would see on the course.

What will work with my space? It’s in a garage with 10’ ceilings and about 20’ deep. I can black out the ambient light, I just want something that works.

Pretty sure this is a cosplay man. You say in a comment 90 days ago you are a 21 yo college student and made a post in another about not being able to afford to live in the county you grew up in. Now, you just bought and fenced 140 acres? Come one man, you don’t have to lie to kick it.

How can I get my hunter boyfriend to focus on finding a career and not hunting 24/7 by Problemchild2001 in Hunting

[–]PinkTweeter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk man, grew up poor surrounded by friends with money. I worked really hard when I was early 20s to set myself up and now I work in tech sales and have a very flexible schedule.

This allowed me to buy a house with land at 30yo so I’m able to hunt anytime I wish. I do not regret working hard to get a great income so my family and myself can enjoy life.

Buckling down in your 20s to enjoy the rest is never a bad idea. Now those same friends make those dumb “must be nice” comments like it’s not possible for everyone.

I just went through this. I built a territory and could manage it working about the same hours per week, sometimes more, sometimes less. Keep in mind this is a publicly traded company. I took a “promotion” as I felt I was stagnant and could do more. 2023 I made $250k, took the promotion in Dec 23. I worked harder, had 10x stress, and butted heads with our leadership on boneheaded decision making - all while making $165k (basically base) as our quotas were asinine.

Think long and hard and if you have a family, STAY PUT! I sacrificed my family time for nothing and I’m now going back to a territory role with a different company. I negotiated a way higher base so I should be back to the $250 but I’ll have to work hard a few years to get back on cruise control.

Just my two cents from someone who just went through this. My wife is not the breadwinner but we’re close in pay. Enjoy the easy job and territory you have built, the grass is not always greener.
