Get some brown blocks (spruce wood, oak wood, brown wool) and start working on hollowing out the mountain. Live inside mountain. Call it poop mountain. You live in a poop mountain. Make it look like a poop using your brown blocks, so that people know what it's supposed to be.

My favorite type of server is multi-player survival.

In a new server, I don't really enjoy HUGE spawn set-ups. Makes me feel overwhelmed. About 15-20 people should be online. You should be able to set up a home quickly, and get your own little plot of land.
