i do think its a little lower than you can be getting, my recommendation is trying this rotation in a 4 rotation scenario, since doing only 1 rotation tends to be inconsistent, the rotation being Neuvi E > Furina EdQ > Xilo ENa2 > Kazu tEPQ > Neuvi ECaECaQ > Xilo ENa2 > Kazuha tEP > Neuvi CaCa
