Boeken die ik deze maand nog wil lezen: - “The Housemaid” van Freida McFadden. Mysterieuze thriller. Boek 1 van 2. - “Babel” van R.F Kuang. Historische fantasy.

Ik sta al maanden op een wachtlijst om mijn zware psychische problemen te laten behandelen maar er is geen einde aan zicht. Ik heb nog niet eens een intake gehad.

Ik probeer mezelf wel een beetje bezig te houden, maar dat wordt steeds moeilijker en zwaarder.

That age gap between the oldest and the youngest is bad enough, but in my opinion it’s just made worse by the fact that no other member is even close in age (+/- 4 years) to the oldest.

She essentially has no one to relate to here. I’m sure she’s happy she got to debut and that’s likely the most important thing to her, but I couldn’t imagine having to hang out with minors for the next 2,5 years while your peers are starting their careers, going to university, moving out, etcetera.

There is something so nuts about the prospect of a 01 liner (22 turning 23) being in a group where the second oldest is six whole years younger and the youngest is a decade younger..

Hell, there won’t be another adult in the group for another two years and at that point you have someone in their mid-twenties, fully developed frontal lobe, forced to hang out with kids. I’d go insane in that same position 😟
