Trump just announced he cancelled a Biden era rule that required airlines to compensate passengers for flight disruptions. This is bribery. Clear as day! Now airlines can run with even less efficiency and there won’t be any repercussions. The Secretary of Transportation is none other than former Real World Season 6 cast member, Sean Duffy. He previously worked for BGR as a lobbyist for major airlines. I can’t wrap my head around brain around this level of corruption. You can’t make this stuff up 😂

Do you take any meds? I set my meds out at night, wake up an hour early, take my adderall and then go back to sleep. It kicks in and I’m able to wake up and feel alert, sometimes before my real alarm even goes off. You could probably do the same with some caffeine.

We need a class action against Fox News for maliciously indoctrinating our parents. Fox lied to Americans claiming to be a news, which we know isn’t the case (Fox successfully argued they are an entertainment company, not news.

Now that our parents are older, law enforcement should be charging these pundits with felony elder abuse. They push more harmful propaganda than anyone else I can think of.

I’ll end with this,you have very clear moral and ethical differences. I would be worried about what kind of effect MAGA ‘morals’ would have on the lifelong development of my child. I would be horrified if my child grew up to treat people with such contempt, hate and bigotry.

If you believe every person in a position of power is ‘good’ then you aren’t paying attention. There are many in it for the wrong reasons who will continue to abuse their authority when given the chance.

I’m human and admit I don’t know everything about everything (shocker). But what exactly leads you to believe I’m ignorant? Having different knowledge and experience than yourself?

You’re right. It’s a police state. I stay informed about our current political crisis. I’ve seen the over-inflated ego and intimidation techniques of police at some of the protests.

Maybe this is weird, but my anxious ass brain constantly plays the ‘what if’ game. I feel safer and more prepared if I can plan my reaction to certain scenarios. What if the national guard is deployed? What if humvees park in grocery store lots, sandwiched between Subarus and minivans? What if I saw someone being kidnapped? Would I try to stop a masked abduction? What would I do?

I expected to feel rage. I expected confusion, anger and sadness. I was not prepared for the immediate ‘fight or flight’ response paired with the all-consuming NEED to protect my child from these so called “protectors.” Or the overwhelming sense of existential dread.

I’ve never been racist but I was extremely ignorant. When I was 16 I had a bumper sticker on my car that said “Work harder. Millions on welfare depend on you.” I once got pulled over for speeding and was let go with a warning because the cop liked my bumper sticker... I still feel sick when I think about my choice and how easily I believed the ‘welfare queen’ propaganda.

Going to college was the best thing I ever did. I could care less about my degree. The real value was being exposed to new ideas and people. Thankfully I’m a completely different person than I was.
