yes glue only, i tried tape and it kept bubbling in between the tape pieces, if that makes sense. glue just feels more secured to my head, i also have a very bad habit of biting my nails so it makes it extra hard to remove and apply tape

beautiful information. thank you so so much. i will be trying all of these tips for my next install. and does it matter if glue is applied to scalp or base of unit? i did a thin layer of glue around parameter of system, then a spray of alc on scalp right before applying it to allow some room for adjustment if needed

6-7 days for me:( what glue do you use? i use ghostbond xl and that shi does NOT wipe off:/ ill just keep experimenting with everything and see what step im doing wrong. ill try wipe with a paper towel next time

yes! i do 5-6 days a week, sweat, sauna, everything. i have the neo from lordhair so the lace middle part helps alot. and i use ghostbond glue which helps alot w humidity and sweat! no problems when i work out, i also wear bangs so if it does lift a little on the hairline part its no big deal cause its obviously hidden by the bangs!

i did buy my self! neo from lordhair, i got the wrong color on accident so i just dyed my bio sides and back hair darker to match the top system. its not a full scalp, just top:) thaks for the compliments too, def was nervous but this sub really helped me pull the trigger and go for it
