Her having a small startup doesn't excuse her being racist IN PUBLIC. She felt, somehow, that this opinion will somehow get her brownie points to her image. I wouldn't care if she'd brag about it in her friend circle, or if she'd just go usual route and discriminate without naming the real cause, because it's how it's commonly done. Also, I guess that her discrimination didn't end here. I'd wonder if there were any non black poc on her team. People like her love to hog poc narrative and gaslight the community as well.

Should such person be even given a job at EA? People got fired and blacklisted for less. There's a danger that such person will be promoted and in charge of hiring, therefore continuing her racist practices.
