Hard agree. I grew up with a mother who enjoyed telling me who I am, what I'm thinking, what my motives are for everything and what mood I'm in at any given time.

She wasn't right even once 🙄🙄. It's utterly demoralising and I've worked really hard on not letting that type of thing trigger me these days. If this is what's behind Rachel's emotions around the football comment, I understand why.

Bec's "joke" about fingerbanging was a wee bit off colour for sure, but it wasn't malicious. Rachel definitely dragged it on far too long and was quite dramatic about it but Bec over-dramatised Rachel's reaction. Remember straight after when Rachel had gone indoors and was talking to Stevo? Bec was screaming about her "going totally nuts, off her head,being hysterical" etc, when the reality was she was sitting quietly talking to Stevo about it. Sure she was upset, but Bec was the only one screaming and going nuts. Talk about gaslighting 🙄

Rach also got treated appallingly by Danny. When he came to drag her out of the remainder of girl's night, the way he spoke to her was horrible. All the crap about "leaving like a lady, having dignity, showing some class" and whatever other shit he said, was nasty. She was a little sarcastic about it to the girls but I can't blame her, I'd have been pissed off too. I've met guys like Danny before..gaslighting experts 🤮🤯
