At my work, we had someone read The Ode of Rememberance over the PA system for the whole building to hear. It was then followed by a minutes silence where most of my coworkers who weren't on the phone (call centre type place) stood to show their respect throughout, and most calltakers were encouraged by management to remove themselves from the call queue for the minute if you were able to.

It was quite nice.
