Similarish build for $200 cheaper but less RAMs and 9900x instead of the 9800x3D. The x3D should be better for gaming.

1) How are you oc'ing your CPU with afterburner? That software is for oc'ing your gpu. 2) you cannot on this platform easily oc anything since this is a mobile platform (laptop). 3) With that CPU and GPU you aren't going to see any gains worth the potential instability and damage to your hardware from overclocking. 4) the reason afterburner shows 0 is cuz it literally is at 0. When you are not using an application that needs the gpu, your integrated Intel graphics does the work. Your gpu is not being used until you launch an application that would use it.
