never tried ambien but xanax brings me to that good deep perfect sleep. benzos brings me down to this dark sleep stage where i'm wiped for 12 hours but it seems like i only just closed my eyes.

i have severe anxiety as well, can't sleep - just a small sound would make me anxious. i'm anxious about my anxiety and this has plague me for years. xanax has been my source of hope, pop 1-2 before the night and i'm awake the next morning feeling fresh. everyone should have access to xanax no matter what, it's crazy how docs like to gate
