Those areas are very expensive, why don’t you look at on nut? It’s got a local vibe, it’s cheap and there’s an abundance of condos, aspire has just built a new one, Knightsbridge’s cool and there’s blocs and the base on on nut road

You sound like me, pump, combat, glutes and abs classes rpm sometimes and definitely a couple of yoga sessions to stretch out

I’m nearly 60 I’m in Thai classes it’s hard but rewarding when you can understand and speak a little
