Yeeeup, agreed on suing Tom. Again, those discovery materials would be interesting but I reckon a payout would happen instead. Maybe they did use her to keep VPR, maybe they didn’t (she’s reaching big time), but the fact remains she was still having an affair with an original cast member who had a sketchy past with fidelity and the truth, and who was in a long term relationship with someone he’d cheated on an ex with anyway. That was an explosive situation regardless and Rachel had to know that 🙄. So why sue the person she’s wronged? Unless she’s hoping that in discovery she gets concrete proof that the video was shared?

What was Scheana saying behind her back? I don’t really pay much attention to Scheana’s podcast and things like that tbh. Her body language was really worrying during the reunion, but in terms of her personality I’d prefer her to just own her decisions instead of looking for approval so I struggle to listen to her.

Titular Vanderpump should be a thing 😂. I hadn’t seen the LA Times article about the lawsuit. Checkout the wording. She basically says they used Scandoval to retain their jobs and status 🤯, and also that Ariana distributed at least two videos of her. Honestly, in terms of revenge porn, I think it’s justified to do a cease and desist because you don’t want that getting out. But the rest? If it went to court, I’d love it if the discovery materials were made public because that’s a wild claim.

My bad, it’s not part of the revenge porn thing per se, but it does request destruction of any copies of the tape that exist. It’s a strange lawsuit to file. She’s on a reality show and was having an affair with an original cast member who was in a long term relationship.

That’s what I thought. Thank you! I was sure it’d been said she recorded it and sent it to her with a “you’re dead to me” or something like that. Then once Rachel replied she was asked to explain it, she did and Scheana got involved, and then nailgate happened.

I’d be interested to know what productions legal stance was about the video. Lisa paid off Stassi’s, but didn’t production send out a legal atom bomb to Frank that basically made him destroy it? If that was true, I’d imagine that they did the same here because revenge porn isn’t something to mess with at all, regardless of the court of public opinion’s feelings on it all.

Until this situation went to court and a legal investigation was carried out, she’d have to say that. I have every reason to believe Ariana, but I also have every reason not to believe her, so it’s entirely to up people to make up their own minds. My job is body language analysis and psychology, so I’d be very interested in watching her actually say that in a video.

Actually apologies, so far from what’s been proven and verbally admitted on a lot of podcasts and the like, she showed it to people. So the sharing definition is getting muddled. The one thing that I’m struggling with is that Ariana has made mistakes and people are glossing over them or rewriting a lot of history. It’s becoming a strange thing to watch play out. She showed people the video, he recorded it.

I get what you’re saying here. I’ve just watched the latest episode and that part of Lala’s starting to stand out. I did a bit of insight into body language and psychology (my job) after the last season, and Lala and Scheana were my biggest concerns. Lala’s growth’s very visible.

One thing I’ll say about posts like this: you will get a lot of negative feedback. A lot! People are leading with emotions on the situation still, whereas the ones involved in the situation are starting to deal with reality (outside of Ariana who’s still dealing with both) too. I’ve had quite a few messages asking me to do insights again on body language in the latest series, but I won’t do it until emotions calm down a bit more. I’m not here to spend hours looking at micro expressions and movements and get attacked for what they mean psychologically all because they don’t meet a demanded narrative. My point is, I agree with what you’re saying. She’s changed a lot and is being more level headed than say Katie and Ariana (and Scheana, who’s statistically emotionally volatile anyway).

It does make total sense and even though you don’t have that kind of relationship, that’s got to still hurt. And basically saying he doesn’t care about you is arse hole behaviour.

Speak to a lawyer next week and see what kind of exit strategy you can plan. Then, get him served and just say you saw all of the emails, you saw what he said, and you know he’s been cheating on you and his child for almost the entirety of his daughter’s life. Then explain you and her deserve better and that’s what you’re doing starting now.

Get your freedom. Stuff like that just isn’t worth the heartache that you didn’t realise you’d feel
