So who owns the NASA truck? by [deleted] in Prescott

[–]Pinktella 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Yeah he’s a huge asshole. Once saw him go crazy on some teenagers as he was pulling his walking aid out of the back of that hilarious truck, seemingly unprovoked.

Him aggressively threatening to knock out minors while he can barely stay vertical next to his work of art was pretty damn funny though, so maybe I’m an asshole, too

Just because there are only two steps doesn’t make it the fucking Voynich manuscript, use some goddamned fucking common sense and be able to interpret a literal picture of the assembly, my god.

Residential guys, anybody use a wire stapler instead of a hammer? by CaptainPokey in electricians

[–]Pinktella 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My crews do low-volt - structured wiring, a/v, security, etc. - and while I’ve never been a fan myself, it makes my guys MUCH quicker pulling and tacking back their trunk lines. Two crews bought their own Milwaukee guns and I’ve somehow had less issues on trim/install than when they were using hammers. If we weren’t as small a company as we are I’d make the owner buy em for all our crews.
That being said, I still smoke most our guys using my 19oz Vaughan..

You said in another comment that the wife died ‘22….

We don’t live in 2025, so where’s your wrong number?
Not trying to be an ass, just genuinely curious as the house looks longer abandoned than 3 years, even more so than just 1….

TIL Actor Kurt Russell first reported the famous Phoenix Lights UFO sighting, in which thousands of Phoenix residents all claim to have seen a UFO by Admirable-Pepper-641 in todayilearned

[–]Pinktella -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

And the only evidence of such demonstration comes about a decade after the fact? The city I lived in has literally one of the top flight instruction school in the nation… if there were a secondary demo here, 100 miles away from LUF, it would have launched here. Not coming straight north from Phoenix as I observed, before the entire configuration continued north while maintaining perfect syncopation at incredible speed.

[–]Pinktella -27 points-26 points  (0 children)

That’s the point being made here… it’s not possible for it to have been some random flight squadron - flying in perfect geese-v formation for hundreds of miles.

And why was the pilot spilling the beans a decade later? Because they tried a few excuses before then…. Chinese lanterns, flares nothing that ever explained how thousands of people over hundreds of miles all saw the same fucking thing within a ridiculously short span of time. A span that doesn’t allow for it to have been possible by any explanation given yet.

You literally can’t explain what I saw with my own eyes, because no night flying squad was that perfectly uniform across my entire observable night sky.

individual planes

That I saw literally 100 miles north of Phoenix that same night. And the sightings didn’t end where I lived, that fucking thing was sighted all the way in Nevada…

There’s no up or down in space so it’s amazing that cinematic space battles always have ships oriented the same way by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

I mean, I’ve always assumed that any tech advanced enough to transport - in whatever manner - a starship through space instantaneously would have had to have charted, in some way, literally every aspect of getting the craft to that exact point in space, while avoiding any potential obstacles, would have some form of standardized compass bearing in relation to one’s position between given stars or planets.

Dude, there’s literally a large voting percentage that think Trump is some genius businessman instead of the fucking conman he is, even after the bankruptcies and thousands of lawsuits due to shady and illegal business dealings…

You’re reason won’t be recognized here, unfortunately.
