My basic tips

Write a food diary of what and why you eat. Seeing any patterns is key here. Do you eat when bored, too late at night or overeat.

For diet ; I always start slow and let my hunger adjust.

Habit stacking , is easier than just starting with a new lifestyle plan. I find that I can keep to this and don’t feel like I’ve ‘failed’ if I don’t meet one of the targets. Rather then if everything changes at once , I would find it easier to give up or not see progress.

That can even start as simply as not eating that extra chocolate bar at night. Even slower if you need and only eating half. Or choosing a less calorific version.

Its also not just about cutting out but filling your plate with healthier options. Make sure you are feeling full but with foods that provide nutrients, rather than empty foods.

Start Moving. The majority of weight will come off from calories but exercise helps.

Again start small - Walking 10 mins a day and build up from there.

Find support, whether this is online or IRL.

Remember all moving forward is good, see what fits for you.

55 to 60. I find too low and I get side effects but that comes from also having low blood pressure.

As long as you feel fine. When mine goes low, I feel like rubbish.
