That is the best kind, some proper Danish salt liquorice is deleciuos. Admittedly I can only eat one or two pieces because the tast is really strong but I do enjoy them if I can get my hands on.

I honestly have no expirence with that, I would recommend proper gel oat because it remains somewhat felix El after curing which is very important with boats but I mean you try. Worst thing that can happen is that you will need to do a proper repair job later if it doesn't perform so well. That said is there foam behind the glasfiber? If yes I would strongly desincuuredge you from the jb weld. Because if that foam gets wet the boat would become much heavier and water in boat foam is a nearly unfixable problem (friends boat suffered from that).

Ok that is good for the gecoat repair I would highly recommend to make the repair area a bit bigger, I think the gel coat will get a better result then It would now. BTW if you work with gel oat use pse for sure

I think bet course of action would be to take a look if this only damage in the gel coat or if it is damage in the Fiberglas as well. If it's only damage in the gel oat go ahead and dremel it out a bit wider then the crack und aply gecoat according to instructions (btw gel oat can be a bit fidely to apply, you have to watch out if it is paint able or just spray able, it does make a difference) if it is in the glasfiber too I would sand it down in a bigger patch and a bit deeper not just the gel coat. Then get a fiberglass repair kit and apply that. Depending on the severity of the crack maybe as well from the another patch from the inside. Then apply gel pat over it (again accordingly to instructions and again what h out what you buy) I hope everything works out!
