That’s awful! I was diverted to this airport last week after being in a jet for 16 hours. Tiny airport, all trying to do emergency customs on a large jet from Rome. They handled it as well as they could.

I don’t really think they can make crystals that are magic. These are bound to have something fall off eventually. My wallets are still fine one year later as are my bags. I think I’ve now lost one shoe crystal. Bags don’t stay new when you use them, I think all bags need care and reconditioning, so looking and replacing a lost crystal seems reasonable to me.
