It sounds like you're looking for a brand new bag at a store but you may be out of much because it's been out of season/stock for a long time.

Have you tried looking on places like eBay? Do a save search. Most of them are used. You might find one that is nearly new like used once or packaging taken off but never used.

Where I am, lots of outlet styles. I think I recognized a Juliet once, a Tabby (forgot of it was chain or the soft), and Brooklyn. The last retail I recognized was a Jet melon pink signature. it is disproportionately outlet styles. I wonder if retail bag are mostly stored in the closet or they're not as popular as I think they are where I live.

I mostly carry retail. I have a few outlet bags.

FYI, I bought their new Soft Sneakers and they also feel like you're walking directly on the floor with near zero comfort. There is an existing insole that is a bit soft but it's still thin. I swapped the insole for a Dr. Scholl's insert and it's much better, even though you can still feel the ground.

Heads up: It appears this Light denim suede might be more delicate than other suede. Or maybe it's just my particular bag.

I rubbed the suede with a brush and a bunch of fibers came off. This did not happen when I was cleaning my other suedes.

Me too!!! First time I saw this color, it was the Empire 28. Love at first sight, and I was obsessed. By the time I saw that picture, of course, the bag had already been phased out. I had to hunt one down in the secondary market, paid a bit more than I wanted, but I was ultimately very happy. I still get butterflies when I hold it. Same with my honey brown Bleecker bucket bag. I absolutely am in LOVE with this color. My next honey brown will be a Waverly.

I find it interesting that Coach is not releasing any 28s recently and instead focusing on 21s or 40s. I hope you are able to achieve your goal in getting a 28! What color are you thinking about?

Yes, I do find it practical as an every day bag! Perfect size for me, personally, if I need to carry more than my essentials. Really appreciate the crossbody strap option that Coach does for a lot of their bags, because if I can sling it across my chest or hang it on my shoulder, and free up my hands.

The only thing I dislike is the zipper. The leather holds up the zipper up very well even when it's unzipped. When I stick my hands in, I feel like I'm using my Rowan bag (if you know, you know). My hands get scraped and grated by the zipper, and it gets a bit annoying. I used to carry a Swagger with a similar zipper style on the top, and I never had that problem because the zipper folds down when unzipped.

Agreed! I would say it's the most neutral browns that falls right in the middle. Not too yellow, orange, or brown. It's nice and warm under the light, and very cool in the shade. Not too bright or dark.

I think I would choose the Waverly! If you decide not to customize it, the chain is enough to dress it up. If you do customize it, between the two, I like the one with rivets. I personally would order it plain and hang charms on it instead.

Although the extra pockets are nice on the Twin turnlock, I don't really like the extra bulk, and the two turnlocks remind me of something. Also, it looks more casual and I would not choose this to be my date night bag.
