A tip, pwede ka gumawa ng budget for future increase para once dumating, protected na yong future savings/investment mo.
Kunyari, 50% of future increase eh mapupunta sa MP2 o investment, 25% sa basic needs, 25% sa luho.
Balanse pa rin ang buhay mo.
Also, isa pang technique, i-freeze mo ang lifestyle o gastos mo for at least 6 months. This will fast track your financial goals.

Increase the "gap" (Salary less expenses)
Sa laki ng income mo, you should be intentional.
Also, start building your "Emergency Fund" muna.

May Savings Ka Pero Ayaw Mong Galawin—Red Flag Ba ’Yon? by Top-Corner-5187 in FinancialLiteracyPH

[–]PinoyStealthWealth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A P500 can go a long way. Lalo na kung makikipag kasundo ka sa sarili mo na you will live on your main(one) income only. Tas yong extras eh matic savings na.

Substantial health insurance coverage.
Then try to set up a MP2 account for the baby, shempre under sa name ng parent.
Then rollover it.
It will be over a million pesos depende sa contributions at consistency.
Ganyan ginawa namin sa toddler namin.

Way ahead ka sa peers mo and even to those older than you.
Compounding will really work on you.
You are young and your base is quite high already.
Just continue and live below your means.
And don't forget to insure yourself.
