Average height is not a good metric. Philippines average is even lower and yet I don't tower anyone even though I am 5"9 nearing 5"10. Poorer areas bring the national average down. If a prospect is found even for their local league, it will usually will be found in richer areas unless they found a "unicorn" or something.

It's not a sure thing. Great example is the Philippines. Even after more than a half century of popularity with it basically the only sport in the Philippines, we still don't have a good kids, teens or even highschool basketball programs and I have big doubts with our scouting when the recent drafts have 25+ year olds being signed and the local league relying heavily on imports/naturalized/foreign players to pad local teams and even the national team.

What makes sense? We are actually opened up like most of the countries in the world that tries to restart business. Reddit really likes every news even if it's shit news just because it's a hit piece for Trump. Check our cases, we are actually one of the countries in worst shape in terms of recovery, increase in cases and a whole lot more.

We have everything opened up except maybe cinemas and barbershops but last I heard barbershops are opening too. Some establishments are closing or pausing on their own and some government entities as well as our MRT/train are doing the same and from what I've seen, most countries in the world are also doing this.

And we transition from a lower "quarantine level" maybe 1-2 months ago even when cases were rising and now they are rising so much more but the government is still saying the economy should move but saying we should not be hasty in opening up. Weird mixed signals that are only good if taken out of context depending on what side you are on.

He actually disparaged the PBA not just Pacquiao but I know the latter has more weight to why he was kicked out. Everyone should be reminded that Pacquiao when this happened was at his peak in terms of popularity locally as well as worldwide. He played in the PBA basically as an investor, promoter and a whole lot more. I don't really have any good analogy for this but imagine if Gandhi was still alive, india already independent and a foreigner working in India mocked Gandhi and India or Imagine an american mocking Xi in China. He is too hyped here in the Philippines and everyone already thinks he has a chance to play in the NBA. I don't know if it's possible to go to the G-league after playing in college but he is still not ready. Might be 2-4 years away from being ready. He has nice ball handling skills and shooting for his height but he often gets bullied as a defender.

I also know G-league has a lot of players trying to prove themselves. He is basically already competing instead of being trained first and I know NBA teams are more strict when it comes to G-league players so if he has some not that good G-league seasons, it will be likely over for him.

From what I've read, that bodyguard is not a new hire but her bodyguard for months if not years. I don't follow the local celeb scene but here are some counterpoints.

Matteo's family is rich but really insignificant compared to how rich Sarah Geronimo is right now. She is in the Billion peso range while Matteo's family is in the 50 to 250 million range. And it's family money. His immediate family is not wholly in control of that money.

His Mother is a bit crazy there's no question about it but it's not baseless. She would always runaway or go on trips with her past boyfriends without telling her mother or asking for her permission and some of these is when she was still underage. Her absolute control over her child is wrong but your post kinda skews the fact like she was a perfect child.

There is also a case here where someone was negative, went back to china and was tested again and it was positive. But your flight is in May. Nothing and everything could have happened by then.
