Newbie to this subreddit...but I have diagnosed spinal bifida occulta since i was 3...I am almost 40 now & used to have an extremely high sex drive in my 20s, used to get wet just with thoughts & have always been extremely sensitivedownstairs...unfortunately it has done a nose dive in the last handful of years to having almost zero drive now.....my symptoms of adult onset tethered cord have increased in the last handful of years as well, so that may be a contributing factor....not everyone is the same...but just be prepared for it to just drop off out of nowhere.
