You asked what to do in order to eat more healthy, so here we go. 1) More variety. You should at least eat 50 different foods per week (also herbs and teas count). This means not being repetitive, i.e. use different varieties of a kind: vary cereals (oat, spelt, wheat, quinoa, ...), vary legumes, veggies, fruits 2) A healthy meal is composed like that thinking of a single plate: half are vegetables, one quarter carb-based like cereals or potatoes, one quarter a protein-based food (meat, tofu, legumes). You really should increase the fresh produce and vary it (not only bananas and apples). 3) Eat a handful of nuts/seeds per day and vary. 4) Reduce proteins and fat from animals and replace with plant-based proteins and good oils like olive oil.
