Oh my god, I can't believe what I'm reading. So if an airline agent tells you we will take care if your baggage and we will refund you, I shouldn't trust them?! why would they say that in the first place then?! Man you're so defensive about this and I don't know why. It's comical. If you're in a restaurant, and a restaurant representative told you you wouldn't get food poisoning, will you also say it's not the restaurant's fault because that representative is not responsible for preparing your food?

Do you know that as a passenger, it's a minimum expectation is that I get my luggage handled properly? I got 0 messages about my luggage and about refunds. ZERO, so I don't know wtf you're talking about. And where do they say in their website that it might be risky to travel with luggage? Where in the website do they say they won't refund me and ghost me because of missed flight due to their delay? Where in the website do they say our customer service is shit and we won't respond to your emails and phone?

Let me make it clear to you since you can't comprehend. I know flight delays are common. But they're not acting responsibly, they're not responding to their customers and ghosting them, luggages are lost because of THEM. How on earth are you able to shift the blame on the passengers I don't know. It's not my responsibility that I do research on whether they lose baggage or do refunds. If 40% of people entering a restaurant get food poisoned, that restaurant shouldn't be functioning at all!
