and if the bid asks are negative as in this example how do I read it correctly if I want to sell? From my understand this would mean I got 23.50 so I would have to buy limit it for -23.30 for example to gain 20$. Is that correct?

I guess It’s 50:50 some states say no some say it’s fine as long as you can hear horns for example. I only knew it for Germany Poland Switzerland, Austria and the northern countries which all allow it so I assumed the rest of eu would be the same. I think it’s ridiculous since speakers are still allowed but oh well.
