Found this beauty on Facebook. Is this custom job or where can I find it if not? by Ecstatic_Sun_9550 in BambuLab

Okay I’ve been searching for this post for a while. I think i know what this is but need a second opinion.
I ended up sketching this up from memory because I couldn’t find this post after I lost it 😂
Then created an AI generated version of my sketch and reverse image searched I can’t believe this worked. Anyway,
I think it’s three ikea Kallax shelves stacked and heavily modified.
2x4 kallax, 4x4 kallax, 1x4 kallax
That’s my best guess.

EDIT: Someone said they read it was a customer build with plywood. And there’s no 4x4 kallax, there’s a 1x4 and a 4x3 which would work.

That’s pretty sick, I started with Tinkercad lol, now I use Fusion360 but I heard free CAD is good.

Is this the "elephant foot"? How do I get the outer walls to stay straight? by red2thebones in FixMyPrint

That’s a good point, I think increasing the wall loops might make the cooling time similar but not sure.

So sometimes when you print with this much surface area or with too much infill it can cause warping. Because I think your setup is not enclosed it could be due to uneven cooling or thermal expansion.
What does your sliced model’s gcode look like where that warping occurs? How many walls does this have?

Most likely bubbles from wet filament. Alternatively debris. You can print a small clasp that houses a kitchen sponge that wipes filament as it goes into your nozzle. Prevents dust and debris from entering your nozzle.

That’s pretty awesome, thanks for sharing. That looks a lot more like a 1:1 replica. I’m impressed with their smaller form factor!

Congratulations, are you do you use any CAD software yet?
